Jeff has been a corporate executive for most of the past 35 years, primarily in the restaurant industry, with a keen focus on building great teams, wowing customers and creatively solving problems. It’s highly unlikely you haven’t been one of Jeff’s customers: he was CEO of Subway’s advertising trust in the era of the $5 Footlong, he introduced Stuffed Crust Pizza at Pizza Hut while running mid-west operations, and 20 years ago he introduced chicken sandwiches as President of KFC. Plus, who hasn’t indulged in a bucket of Original Recipe once in a while?
Jeff has built brands around the world as CEO for Bennigan’s, with a big presence in Korea at the time, and as CEO of Subway Global Advertising with 40,000+ restaurants in over 100 countries. He also revamped global operations for KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, from Brazil to China, adapting the brand to each individual culture while leveraging the combined strength of over 10,000 restaurants.
Jeff has served as VP of Marketing and Product Development at G.E. Appliances, has worked as a strategy consultant, and has managed several start up companies.
He has also served on the board of directors of The American Heart Association, Rita’s Italian Ice, and Metromedia Restaurants.
After 40 years “away” Jeff and his wife recently moved back to their original home state of Maine where they are closer to their two adult children, three grand-dogs, and Jeff’s favorite golf course along Casco Bay.
